Reservoir for the screen washer fluid. It is supposed to be mounted on the bottom flap of the L-shaped construction just behind it, but the flat holding "rope" seems to be disintegrated. The plastic piece marked 'Lucas' on top of the reservoir is the pump. The space we are looking at is in between the left front wheel well and the left two headlights.
