Close-up of fuel line, coming from fuel pump on top of wheel well (left) going to the T-junction where it joins with the line coming from the other pump. This junction is approx. one meter to the right of this photo, still in the boot. The "leg" of the T then goes under the car to the fuel filter mounted on the firewall in the engine bay. If your car still has stretches of that original semi-transparent plastic fuel line (visible on the left side) they urgently need replacement! That plastic has become brittle and thus unreliable and dangerous.
