Note the white caps on the standard direction indicator lights. The smaller orange lights on the wings are a factory original addition for cars sold new in Italy. These "Italian sidelights" are even shown in the original wiring diagrams and replacement bulb lists.
Wing mirrors have been replaced by door mirrors: non standard for these early models but it makes all the difference between unsafe and safe in modern traffic. Also note the double chrome waist line, which is typical for the earliest cars (1968 - mid 1971).
