Note that the corresponding press release asks for an embargo until June 11th, which is almost a week later. According to the Wikipedia page, The Guardian of June 13th covered this introduction.

Because of the different dates my guess is that this card is from a batch that was left unused after it was decided to postpone the event a few days.
