The author of this article has cut corners. The text states that this car was equipped for the Motorfair, but the Motorfair had a different car (which is also shown on the pressphotos page of this website). Note that the photo in this article shows a LHD car, whereas the Motorfair car was RHD. To untangle: this photo is from the blue car with registration UAC51R (built in May 1977), whereas the Motorfair car was green and built in September 1977.
Most probably, the Motorfair car did not have a TV installed, because it lacks the ugly antenna on the outside of the car.
