The "Last personal limousine of Howard Hughes" sign was already with the car when Mr. Bikram Choudhury owned it. But his name has now been removed. However, even in recent interviews with Mr. Choudhury his collection of Rolls Royces is often mentioned, but also his (current) ownership of Howard Hughes' car. Mr. Choudhury was definitely not the person who bought the car in the 2004 Barrett Jackson auction.
