This category of "snippets" shows photos and reports from club meetings. The choice has not been very strict: other classic car meetings may appear here as well. When a large photo was available, the item was possibly added to the main level of Driving Members content. Text about the meeting was only preserved if it was supportive of the illustrations.

This photo shows my car DR-06-17 on the clubstand at the NEC Classic Car show in Birmingham, fall 2006. My car was in good company, because also on the stand was the Docker Golden Zebra car. Its owner, club member John Sweeney, had recently passed away and the car was to be auctioned a few month later (when it was bought for the Louwman collection).

This photo was taken at a rally organized by Klaus Langenbach, German club member and DS420 owner, in his home town Lippstadt, Germany, in 1991. The area code KG (in KG-MP11) on the limousine is for Bad Kissingen in Bavaria, which means that that car must have covered quite a distance to Lippstadt. The article text does not identify the people on the photo, but the gentleman is not Klaus L.
Volume 28 No. 3 August 1991:
Picture taken at the DLOC International Rally 1991 near Rugby. In these days, Howard Godsland was the DS420 club registrar. A number of years later, when Howard left the country, this car BYK330H changed into the ownership of George Zdanko. As such it is shown at many places on this website.
