The "Textar"-advertisement high up on the wall is in Dutch language (disk brake pads, brake and clutch linings). This suggests that this picture was taken at one of the yearly "Personenwagen-RAI" exhibitions, held in the RAI exhibition complex in Amsterdam. From other documentation I learned that a DS420 was exhibited there during the February 1973 show, and that was announced as a "first for The Netherlands".
