This illustration was published in Brian Long's book Daimler & Lanchester, A Century of Motoring History (page 302) with the caption: "With the North American market in mind, this prototype was built late in 1984. Had it reached production, twin bumper blades with rubber inserts would have been used." (note: production was in 2nd half of 1983).
